The product is a kind of fire retardant coating for steel structure, that is based on water-borne resin emulsion. It is used in flameproof protection of the surface of the indoor steel structure. It  has the special properties like environmental, long fire resistance, high bonding strength and easy to construct. It has been sampled by China Certification Center For Fire Products Ministry of Public Security, and taken the Type Approval Survey by CNCF(China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed-fighting Systems and Fire-resisting Building Components). All the performance indicators reache or exceed the GB14907-2002.

四、施工工藝 

4、CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)底材要做除污、防銹處理，一般至少涂刷兩道優(yōu)質(zhì)防銹底漆。

1） Clean the dust and the attachments on the surface of steel structure clearly. Must derust the parts which get rusty. Anticorrosive paint twice.  
2、待底漆干透，清除防銹漆表面塵土、污物后方可涂刷NB-1室內(nèi)薄型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料。 

2） The NB-1 could be used when the anticorrosive paint is dry enough, and there is no dust on the surface.
3、NB-1室內(nèi)薄型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料一般采用刷涂、輥涂或噴涂工藝進(jìn)行施工。涂料在使用前，須充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆颉?/span>

3） Fully stir well before used. The coating method like Spraying, roller coating, brush could be used.  
4、為保證附著力，施工時(shí)第一遍涂層厚度須≤0.3mm，待前遍涂層干透后再涂下一道，以后每遍涂層厚度≤0.5mm，直至總厚度達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。 

4） The thickness of the coating should control in 0.3mm in the first time construct to ensure the intercoat adhesion. Then to the next coating ,each thickness should control in 0.4mm, until the total thickness is up to the standard.
5、該產(chǎn)品為水性涂料，施工溫度10℃以上為宜，濕度不大于85%，遇有雨、雪、霧、大風(fēng)天氣或鋼材表面有結(jié)露時(shí)，不宜施工。 

5） The temperature when the construction is going on should be above 10℃, for this product is water-borne, and the humidity should be lower than 85%. It couldn’t going on when there’s raining, snowing, misting, winding or dewing on the surface.
6、未用完的涂料應(yīng)密封保存，已備再用。
