4、 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

1. 涂刷前鋼結(jié)構(gòu)表面應(yīng)做防銹處理，表面清潔無(wú)油污、灰塵，涂刷防銹漆兩遍；

1）The surface of steel structure should be rust-proof before coating. Make sure the surface is clean, and coating anticorrosive paint twice.

2、施工前應(yīng)先攪拌均勻，如粘度大可加2-5％稀釋劑稀釋后施工；

2)Stir well before used. When the viscosity is high, could dilute it with 2-5% dilution.

3、每遍間隔不少于24小時(shí)，刷(輥)涂2-10遍，厚度達(dá)到要求為止，第一遍厚度不要超過(guò)200μm，以后每遍厚度不超過(guò)300μm；

3) Brush coating 2-10 times until the thickness is enough. Never less than 24h between each coating. The thickness shouldn’t be over 200μm for the first coating, and not over 300μm each time later.

4、可根據(jù)顏色要求涂刷面漆一至二道；

4) Coat the finish coats 1-2 times if there is color needs.

5、施工操作應(yīng)在室內(nèi)避雨棚進(jìn)行，施工環(huán)境0-38℃；
